I am Helen Peters, working as a freelance professional administrator from my office in Norfolk. 

I bring to my clients’ businesses and lives over 30 years’ experience across sectors including construction, project compliance, education and investment banking. My specialist expertise lies in architecture, design & construction, travel, project management support, wellbeing and fitness.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Commercial Interior Design, including one year of study in the architecturally-renowned city of Chicago, U.S.A. I have travelled extensively and worked for international blue-chip companies, which has made me conversant in collaborating with colleagues from different cultures and languages. 

As my career progressed and my desire to help businesses and individuals developed, I wanted to challenge my own ideas of bringing value to just one company, but instead decided to apply my varied experience to benefit many businesses and private individuals, helping them to feel supported and, ultimately, achieve the growth – both business and personal – they aimed for. Whatever your industry, as a fellow business owner, you will have someone on your side who understands your business, who you can trust implicitly and who wants to help you succeed. Also, as a working parent, you will have someone on your side who understands the presssures of family life and who wants to help your to achieve your life goals, even at times when there is a need to focus on other family matters, or indeed your own work.

From initial engagement, I will work with you to ascertain those tasks that you either don’t have the time for, those that don’t need to be carried out by you specifically and, if any, those that you feel challenged by. We will then consider your budget and work out the best plan for you, whether it’s a one-off piece of work or a longer-term engagement. Once the brief has been agreed and you are happy to engage my services, a contract will then be exchanged within 2 days and work can begin immediately, meaning the process can be quick and straightforward for you. Once work commences I will keep you updated with progress on a regular (pre-agreed) basis via your preferred contact method.
